Relevant de la Direction principale Transformation orientée membre et partenaire – Parcours métiers, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique au cœur de la transformation de Beneva. Votre mission sera de développer et faire rayonner une connaissance stratégique de nos clientèles membres et partenaires, appuyée sur une intelligence marché robuste, afin d’orienter les priorités, les stratégies de gestion des clientèles et de soutenir une expérience cohérente et distinctive.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Orienter et gérer l’ensemble des activités du domaine d’affaires, en prenant et assumant les décisions nécessaires et en tenant compte des impacts transversaux, même dans un contexte complexe ou ambigu
  • Définir les priorités de l’équipe, planifier et soutenir l’exécution des activités à valeur ajoutée, en cohérence avec la vision organisationnelle et les objectifs d’affaires.
  • Gérer, doter, mobiliser et responsabiliser les talents de son équipe, en assurant la complémentarité des profils, leur développement, un climat mobilisant et en incarnant la culture organisationnelle
  • Cibler, analyser et suivre les indicateurs de performance, afin d’optimiser les résultats, l’efficience et la performance globale du domaine
  • Gérer les ressources financières du secteur, incluant la préparation, la validation et le suivi du budget en cohérence avec les objectifs de rentabilité et de croissance
  • Identifier les segments de clientèle prioritaires et orienter la recherche, la vigie et l’intelligence marché pour améliorer continuellement l’expérience selon les besoins de nos membres et partenaires
  • Concevoir des stratégies de gestion des clientèles notamment autour des événements de vie vécus par nos membres, des opportunités de multi-détention (inter métier), et des partenaires de distribution clés
  • Développer et partager une connaissance fine de nos différents types de clientèles par métier et de façon transversale, incluant le développement d’une segmentation commune et des persona
  • Conduire les activités de recherche marketing et de sondages externes pour l'ensemble de Beneva

À titre de gestionnaire :

  • Établir la vision des compétences requises pour la direction et s’assurer du développement de celles-ci au sein des membres de son équipe;
  • Établir et maintenir un climat de travail sain, et maintenir un haut niveau d’engagement des employés en les mobilisant et en les supportant à travers les changements.

Vos talents et vos qualifications :

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires dans un domaine pertinent à l’emploi
  • Avoir plus de 6 ans d’expérience pertinente dans son domaine de responsabilités dont une expérience en gestion des clientèles, marketing, expérience client ou relation client
  • Cumuler 3 à 5 années d’expérience en gestion d’équipe
  • Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
