Customer Service Associates play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our computerized systems. In addition, the successful candidate will be cross-trained to perform cashier duties, providing flexibility and support across the front-end operations.
This position is part-time with the potential for up to full-time hours based on business needs.
Qualifications

- Experience as a Retail Cashier is an asset
- Ability to handle moderate physical demands : standing for 4 hours, lift medium size merchandise if required up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a variable shift schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends as per business needs.
