Job description
Lead construction projects on-site as a General Construction Supervisor. Oversee worker training, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations every day.

We are seeking a General Construction Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires a high school graduation certificate and is performed exclusively on-site, with no remote options. You will estimate costs, manage apprentices, and prepare production reports for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Estimate project costs and required materials • Oversee apprenticeship training and development • Prepare production reports for project tracking • Recruit and hire construction staff as needed • Coordinate work schedules with project supervisors

Requirements: • High school graduation certificate mandatory • 2 to 3 years of construction supervisory experience • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations • Ability to estimate costs accurately • Skills in managing and supervising workers
