Job description
Become the Senior Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Team Lead at WSP and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industrial operations in Canada. Your leadership will inspire safety and quality in every project.

As a Team Lead with over ten years of experience, you will be vital in overseeing environmental and safety standards while managing resources for effective project delivery. You’ll spearhead mentorship within your team, cultivate business development opportunities, and ensure operational excellence across all initiatives within the electrical engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead safety and quality assurance in EIC projects • Direct team efforts in environmental health and safety • Mentor team members in technical disciplines • Collaborate across teams for project integration • Manage the technical documentation and tendering processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or substantial technical expertise • 10+ years in industrial electrical engineering roles • Leadership experience in engineering consulting is preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Required: ASP Construction safety card and valid driver’s license
