Injection Mold Operator
We are currently looking for an experienced Injection Mold Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production setting and has a strong background in plastic injection molding.
Shift:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient production
Perform mold changes, start-ups, and shutdowns as required
Inspect parts for quality, defects, and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience operating injection molding machines
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials
Experience with quality inspection tools and techniques
Ability to identify and resolve basic mechanical or process issues
Comfortable working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with good communication skills
