Job description
Elevate client engagements at Directive as the Director of Brand & Demand Strategy. Use your expertise to craft strategic frameworks that drive long-term business success.

This senior role demands a consultative strategist capable of managing the first 30 days of each engagement effectively. Your focus will be on increasing engagement success rates from initial pilot phases to retained contracts through deep integration of performance metrics across multiple marketing channels. Collaboration with other channel strategists will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities: • Architect strategic direction for new client pilot programs • Maximize pilot-to-retainer conversion through effective thesis • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies across service lines • Partner with channel experts to refine strategic insights • Independently influence the broader strategy and execution

Requirements: • 10+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on strategy • Technical expertise across key digital marketing channels • Proven success with B2B clients across verticals • Ability to work autonomously without direct reports • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
