Job description
Elevate your career at Septodont as a Key User focused on SAP S/4HANA for Sales Forecast to Production Planning processes. This role ensures implementation success with strong support for end users on-site in Cambridge, Ontario.

The Key User will work within the Supply Chain department, reporting to the Planning Manager. You will collaborate with BPOs and SMEs, guaranteeing the ERP solution meets defined business processes. Your responsibilities include overseeing data quality, developing training materials, and supporting the existing operational activities for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Document test scripts and create tickets for IT issues • Facilitate training sessions for end users and adjust SOPs • Monitor ERP-related activities and develop KPIs • Conduct data analysis for supply chain operations • Support end users post-go-live with feedback

Requirements: • University degree in commerce or related field • 2+ years in planning/supply chain management roles • Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of ERP systems • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office • Strong organizational and communication skills
