Residential Cleaner — Multiple Michigan Locations Swift Clean Handyman is growing and hiring dependable, detail‑oriented Residential Cleaners to help keep our clients’ homes sparkling. Full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling and quick starts. Now hiring in: Detroit Grand Rapids Lansing Ann Arbor Flint Traverse City Saginaw Dearborn Mackinaw City Warren Midland Southfield What you’ll do: Perform high-quality standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential clients. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms; dust, vacuum, mop, and tidy. Follow company checklists to ensure consistent results and great client experiences. Use our mobile app to view schedules, job notes, and communicate with the team. Report supply needs, damages, or maintenance issues when observed. Uphold safety and hygiene best practices at every job site. What we offer: Competitive pay: $17–$22 per hour based on experience and job type, plus tips and performance bonuses. Paid training. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options. Consistent routes near your home whenever possible. Company-provided professional supplies and PPE. What you’ll bring: Residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus; we also welcome fast learners. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, customer-first attitude. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance. Smartphone for schedules and job notes. Eligibility to work in the United States. Willingness to complete a background check. Weekday availability; occasional Saturdays are a plus. Schedule and pay details: Shifts typically Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays during peak demand. Part-time (15–25 hours) and full-time (30–40 hours) options.
