Job description
Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and scale high-impact applications used by millions of users. This role spans backend, frontend, and full stack responsibilities, contributing to seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in evolving core systems, improving user journeys, and delivering reliable, high-quality software in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs supporting critical user flows such as registration, booking, and real-time interactions Build and enhance modern frontend applications using React (and mobile frameworks where applicable), ensuring performance, accessibility, and usability Contribute across the full stack to deliver end-to-end features from concept to production Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance optimization Drive engineering excellence via clean code, testing, CI/CD, and technical debt management Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other teams to deliver business value Lead technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor other developers Leverage modern technologies including cloud infrastructure and AI-driven tools to enhance both product and developer productivity Requirements

5+ years of software development experience (backend, frontend, or fullstack) Strong proficiency with Python or at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go) and modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, and microservices architectures Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and distributed systems Familiarity with frontend best practices including performance optimization and accessibility Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have

Experience with React Native / mobile development Exposure to AI/LLM integrations or AI-assisted development tools Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, fintech) Familiarity with modern experimentation tools (feature flags, A/B testing) Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
