Job description
Join Alectra as a Specialist in Customer Metering Solutions, engaging with customers to resolve installation challenges in a hybrid workspace. Focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

In this full-time role, you will assist in the deployment of AMI 2.0 meters while providing solutions for meter installation exceptions. Work with customers to understand their concerns, enhance processes, and contribute to data analysis efforts. Your contributions will help improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Address meter installation exceptions with customers • Guide on regulatory compliance and technical issues • Monitor and report data on customer exceptions • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives • Maintain clear documentation across projects

Requirements: • Technical diploma with relevant experience • Minimum 3 years in technical/customer-facing roles • Familiarity with metering regulations and technologies • Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
