Job description
Join Pickering Casino Resort as a Building Operator Assistant and ensure seamless facility operations. Contribute to maintaining systems while gaining valuable experience in building maintenance and safety compliance. As a full-time assistant, you'll play a crucial role under the Facilities Manager's guidance, helping with the execution of maintenance programs. You'll oversee equipment function and perform various essential tasks like equipment inspection and responding to service demands, all while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily maintenance and operations of facilities • Conduct daily equipment inspections and record data • Monitor building systems and respond to alarms • Help maintain inventories and manage work orders • Support onsite construction projects as needed Requirements: • Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience • 1+ years' experience in a related trade field • First Aid and BES Class 2 certification required • Familiarity with national codes and safety standards • Strong customer service and analytical skills Become a vital part of the maintenance team at Pickering Casino Resort. #J-18808-Ljbffr
