Job description
Join Metrolinx as an IT Service Management Analyst, where you will oversee major incident management and improve IT service processes. This in-office role requires communication, detail orientation, and hands-on collaboration.

Metrolinx, a key agency of the Government of Ontario, needs an IT Service Management Analyst to enhance its IT operational capabilities. You’ll manage incidents, lead problem resolution efforts, and ensure adherence to ITSM standards across the organization. This position involves constant engagement with IT stakeholders for process improvement and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate Major Incident Bridges and Postmortem calls • Lead lifecycle management for Problem tickets • Collaborate on identifying technology gaps and remediation plans • Conduct ITSM Practice meetings for process improvement • Prioritize and resolve tasks in high-pressure situations

Requirements: • Experience in Incident and Problem Management • ITIL Foundation certification is required • Previous major incident management experience • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM tools • Strong analytical and communication skills
