Job description
Enhance client engagement as an Experience Specialist at uniPoint in Winnipeg, MB. This full-time role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with our current customers through supportive outreach.

Your primary responsibility includes connecting with existing clients through friendly phone and video calls. Understand their needs and ensure they benefit from our software while fostering strong ties with Sales and Support teams. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Make 20 daily outreach calls to valued customers • Foster relationships by understanding software usage • Facilitate client kick-off calls and training • Schedule virtual and on-site consulting sessions • Keep detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Approachable and friendly with clients • Independent worker with team collaboration skills • Comfortable with communication technology • Passion for supporting customer success
