Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the Toronto, ON regional office, fostering an open and inclusive culture that aligns with our company's Culture Cornerstones (#BePresent, #BeCurious, #BeBold).
Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, including Account Managers, Business Development Executives and Strategic Relationship Managers, to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Provide opportunities to ensure the teams have the deepest understanding in the industry of our clients, their risks, and the market dynamics.
Uphold a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the RIG President to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the region's unique market dynamics.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective sales tactics.
Take overall responsibility for the regional office budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Participate in client visits and regional industry functions to represent Roanoke’s interests.
Job Requirements
College degree.
5+ years work experience in a similar position.
Ideally Level 2 or 3 Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) Certificate/License and other Provincial Insurance Broker Licenses as required in Provinces where business will be conducted.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms and policies.
Fluent in both English and French preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with details.
Well organized with an aptitude for details.
Skilled in use of MS Office.
