Job description
Champion Petfoods is seeking a Global IT Security Lead to revolutionize our security initiatives and drive governance in a hybrid work environment. Join our award-winning team to enhance security across multiple operations.

As the Global IT Security Lead, you'll direct our global security program and play a pivotal role in shaping security strategy. Your expertise will guide security operations and ensure compliance throughout the organization. This crucial role promises an exciting challenge for a seasoned professional looking to innovate and strengthen security measures globally.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead global IT security operations and incident response • Drive security strategy in hybrid and multi-cloud settings • Build a security culture and awareness programs • Oversee governance and policy development for IT GRC • Identify emerging security risks and implement mitigations

Requirements: • 5–10 years in IT security operations in global contexts • CISSP or equivalent security certification required • Expertise in vulnerability management and incident response • Knowledge of hybrid/cloud security best practices • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
