Job description
Shape the future of events as the Events Strategy Lead at Prophix. Drive the planning and execution of critical customer-facing events both live and virtual.

In this role, you will oversee the strategy and delivery of Prophix’s largest events, including the annual User Conference. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, your goal will be to craft exceptional attendee experiences that align with organizational objectives. Your background in managing diverse event formats will be key in influencing lead generation and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Source venues and negotiate contracts for events • Own the calendar for global tradeshows and industry events • Develop runs of show and detailed event plans • Monitor event performance and report on key metrics • Lead a team and coordinate with external vendors

Requirements: • 7+ years in corporate event planning • Experience overseeing events strategy and execution • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills • Familiarity with event management software • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
