Job description
Drive customer retention and growth at Hootsuite as Vice President of Customer Success Strategies. Lead collaborative initiatives remotely to enhance enterprise value across North America and EMEA.

As a key player in Hootsuite’s executive team, this role involves crafting impactful strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction and retention. You'll partner with senior leaders across various departments and take charge of a high-performing team focused on scalable growth and customer engagement. This remote position, situated in Eastern North America, requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Shape the vision and strategy for Enterprise Account Management • Mentor Account Management leadership towards achieving goals • Adapt engagement strategies to meet customer needs • Sponsor strategic accounts and lead critical escalations • Implement performance metrics for informed decision-making

Requirements: • 15+ years in account management or related fields • Strong leadership in a SaaS environment • Experience with customer-centric culture development • Data-driven management and KPI governance • Resilience in adapting to change and uncertainty
