Job description
Elevate cybersecurity at Synechron as a Principal Consultant focusing on Agentic AI. Utilize advanced AI systems to detect and remediate vulnerabilities efficiently across diverse applications.

In this hands-on Principal Consultant role, you'll leverage your dual expertise in offensive and defensive security while working alongside cybersecurity engineering teams. Direct the development of cutting-edge AI models to uncover vulnerabilities in production code, architecting the end-to-end patching pipeline. Drive innovation in vulnerability management using agentic AI within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Architect AI-driven vulnerability patching pipeline across various tools • Leverage frontier AI to discover vulnerabilities in production applications • Develop proof-of-concept exploits and validate fixes in production code • Design and operationalize processes for false positive minimization • Conduct penetration testing and validate agent-generated fixes

Requirements: • Over 10 years in software engineering and cybersecurity • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C# • Experience in offensive security and vulnerability research • Hands-on with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST) • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment patterns
