Job description
Drive cybersecurity strategy as a Lead Cybersecurity Analyst with Mastercard in Toronto, Canada. Play a critical role in managing risk and enhancing security across the Americas region.

The Regional Security Americas team is looking for a Senior Regional Security Analyst. This pivotal role involves supporting the Chief Security Officer and managing cybersecurity, information security, and physical security programs. You will translate corporate strategy into effective regional implementations while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and incident response protocols.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement regional cybersecurity strategies and policies • Oversee cyber risk assessments and compliance audits • Ensure effective monitoring and response to security incidents • Collaborate with global teams to enhance security posture • Educate stakeholders on security risks and best practices

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field • 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience in the Americas • Familiarity with risk management and incident response • Fluent in English with secondary language knowledge • Strong communication and influence skills
