Job description
Become a Finance Lead at Silver Sage Housing Corporation, committed to affordable housing in Regina, SK. Drive financial performance and compliance in this vital role.

This full-time position focuses on leading financial reporting and ensuring robust financial controls. Collaborating with the Chief Financial & Operating Officer, you will supervise finance staff and ensure accurate accounting practices. You will monitor funding agreements and support community development through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Maintain accurate financial records and oversee reconciliations • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and funding agreements • Monitor tenant accounts and support payroll administration • Supervise and guide finance team members

Requirements: • CPA designation or working toward it is preferred • Strong background in financial operations with 3+ years experience • Experience in non-profit or housing sectors is advantageous • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in finance roles • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
