Job description
Lead the implementation of Pension Risk Transfer transactions with BMO. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will oversee complex client onboarding, data transformation, and ensure operational readiness.

BMO is seeking a Manager of Implementation and Technical Delivery to join their Institutional Solutions Operations team. This senior role encompasses overseeing data management and working with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in operational delivery and business analysis will be crucial in enhancing data integrity and risk mitigation during client onboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead onboarding for PRT clients and manage data mapping • Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans • Oversee data transformation and exception management processes • Ensure accurate communication of timelines and project dependencies • Act as escalation point for implementation challenges

Requirements: • 7+ years in implementation or operational roles • Experience with pension administration and defined benefit plans • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills • Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities • SQL experience is an asset
