Join UiPath as a Technical Account Manager, leading enterprise automation efforts for Fortune 500 companies. Drive business outcomes through automation solutions while ensuring technical success for clients.

This role, located in the US or Canada, demands a seasoned Technical Account Manager who can advocate for strategic customers as they implement UiPath's powerful automation platform. You'll collaborate across stakeholders, from C-suite to teams, focusing on maximizing business value and enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Own customers' technical success with the UiPath platform • Advise customers on maturing their automation programs • Guide platform infrastructure planning and installations • Conduct design reviews and technical health checks • Collaborate with product support for resolving incidents

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field • 5 years programming experience with .NET/Java • 2 years cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) • Proven customer-facing technical management skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
