Job description
Steer organizational success as the Chief Operating Officer with YWCA of the City of New York. This hybrid role focuses on human resources, compliance, and fostering organizational culture. The COO plays a vital role in empowering women and advocating for social justice in New York City. You will lead HR functions, manage compliance with federal regulations, and oversee operational effectiveness. With your solid background in leadership and dedication to inclusive practices, you will partner with the CEO to achieve strategic goals across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Direct HR operations including talent acquisition and payroll • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Oversee employee benefits and vendor relations • Foster a culture of collaboration and growth • Support fiscal sustainability and budget management Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred • 10+ years of managerial experience • Proficiency in HR management and compliance • Strong budgeting and financial oversight experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Join YWCA NYC and contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to social change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
