Job description
Elevate your career as a Strategic Product Director at John Hancock, leading innovative projects in the Retirement domain. This role is hybrid and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and effective communication. As a key player in the US Retirement team, you will utilize your 7+ years of experience to define the product vision and manage the lifecycle of strategic initiatives. You'll have a critical role in ensuring the alignment of product goals with customer needs while overseeing the execution of epics from conception to performance validation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategies • Guide epic creation and stakeholder collaboration • Address conflicts to ensure smooth project flow • Track key performance indicators and suggest pivots • Advocate for customer-centric development with CX teams Requirements: • 7+ years in product management or similar field • Experience in leadership within US Retirement preferred • Strong strategic mindset with execution skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Understanding of project management and agile frameworks Help drive customer-focused solutions at John Hancock from our Boston location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
