Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure Assets, you will coordinate engineering efforts across vital systems, such as roads and water management. This role emphasizes long-term asset planning and risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance while you prepare project scopes and lead technical reviews. Influence decision-making through effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide engineering advisement and support for infrastructure • Lead asset management planning and capital budget preparation • Review submissions and initiate Requests for Proposals • Develop engineering policies and monitor best practices • Liaise with agencies on development and service requirements
Requirements: • Engineering degree from an accredited institution • At least four years of relevant experience • Familiarity with transportation and wastewater systems • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks • Project Management Professional certification is an asset
