Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting top talent to support Extendicare’s corporate teams. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring leaders, and act as a brand ambassador who elevates Extendicare’s presence across both professional and campus talent markets. Your curiosity, creativity, and relationship‑building skills will help position Extendicare as an Employer of Choice.
This role will be based at our head office in Markham, ON. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.
