Clinic Model & Hours:

• Walk-In Clinic Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (high-demand coverage window).
• Family Practice Hours: Flexible scheduling available (weekday focus, optional extended hours).
• Opportunity to build and manage a rostered patient panel alongside walk-in coverage.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Family Physician (GP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility to operate within a hybrid model of family practice and walk-in care, supported by strong administrative infrastructure and an on-site pharmacy.

You will work collaboratively alongside other Family Physicians and healthcare practitioners in a team-based environment focused on delivering high-quality, coordinated care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Manage and grow a family practice roster (if desired).
• Participate in walk-in clinic coverage (10 AM – 4 PM window).
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, lesion removal – optional but preferred).
• Collaborate with pharmacy team on medication management and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records (EMR-based).
• Adhere to OHIP billing requirements and MOH guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certification in Family Medicine (CFPC) preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Eligible for OHIP billing.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
• Experience in community-based or walk-in settings is an asset.
• Comfortable using EMR systems.
