Job description
Drive infrastructure projects with Webber as a Lead Hand in Infrastructure Management. Ensure safety and efficiency in maintaining roadways and contracted assets across all seasons.

As a Lead Hand, you will supervise teams, carry out surface maintenance, and respond during emergencies as part of the Webber team. This role involves utilizing equipment for snow removal in winter and repairing surfaces in summer. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain contracted assets like roadways and guardrails • Operate snow removal and sanding equipment during winter • Oversee summer maintenance activities including pothole repairs • Set up and manage traffic control as needed • Deliver Toolbox Talks and Job Hazard Analysis daily

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid DZ Driver’s License and driving experience • Minimum three years in construction or road maintenance • Computer proficiency in Excel and Word • Training in traffic control and safety protocols
