Job description
Become a Total Rewards Consultant at Unity in Montreal, Canada, specializing in compensation and strategic workforce planning. This impactful role partners with senior leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. As an integral member of the People Trio at Unity, you will play a crucial role in advising on compensation matters across the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of total rewards consulting, allowing you to effectively monitor trends and guide senior management through compensation programs. Key Responsibilities: • Advise on compensation and headcount planning strategies • Facilitate compensation cycles and evaluate market practices • Interpret compensation frameworks and recommend changes • Participate in leadership discussions and strategic planning • Provide feedback to improve existing reward programs Requirements: • Proven experience in compensation or rewards consulting • Strong ability to advise on compensation strategies • Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills • Familiarity with Workday or similar systems • Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment Deliver expertise in total rewards at Unity while driving alignment with organizational goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
