Job description
Lead impactful M&A initiatives as Nutrien's Corporate Development Director. Drive strategic transactions with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships within the agricultural sector. Nutrien seeks a Senior Director for its Corporate Development team, reporting to the Vice President. This role involves overseeing all M&A activities globally, ensuring effective execution from evaluation to integration. Candidates must exhibit extensive experience and strong leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Drive end-to-end M&A initiatives and project management • Lead, mentor, and coordinate M&A professionals and advisors • Analyze impacts on strategy execution and financial forecasts • Prepare high-quality presentations for Executive Leadership • Manage tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities Requirements: • Degree in Finance or related field with financial designation • 15+ years in M&A within public or investment sectors • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities • Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus Drive transformational M&A strategies at Nutrien, leading a high-performing team to deliver excellence in the agricultural sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
