Location – Oshawa, ON ## **Your role** * Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, and structures that support strategic goals.* Provide HR leadership, coaching and advice to support the Operational and project leadership teams on all people-related matters.* Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering expert guidance on all things people related.* Provide thoughtful coaching on talent management, performance, recruitment, terminations, compensation, development, and change management.* Advise and support managers on performance management.* Partner with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to support staffing plans, project assignments, mobilization and demobilization as well as talent redeployment.
