About the Role NOTE: This is a 15-month contract role.
Reporting into the Director of HR - People Strategy, you will be a strategic advisor to the business, inclusive of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. As the Head of HRBP & DIB, you will lead the team in translating business needs and objectives into wider people initiatives and talent strategies. You’ll influence the business through navigating an ever—changing environment and understanding the wider enterprise context.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant, providing workforce planning and delivering an HR strategy aligned with business imperatives.
Be an inspiring people leader to your team, providing focus through vision and prioritization, and elevating your team through coaching and development.
Build effective, collaborative partnerships with the business, serving as a coach and strategic challenger.
Champion organizational development, actively leading change initiatives to enable business growth and success.
Cultivate a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion within teams, encouraging high performance and collaboration among all associates.
Drive effective planning and execution of HR initiatives including performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.
Lead and contribute to cross-functional, enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, ensuring global consistency where appropriate and accelerating best-in-class people practices.
Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of client‑facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification.
7+ years of client‑facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Significant experience partnering with senior stakeholders within a complex, matrixed environment.
Proven ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders effectively, and facilitate successful leadership of complex change‑management initiatives.
Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing a team of high‑performing HR Business Partners.
Establishes strong relationships to effectively navigate and solve problems within a highly complex environment.
Experience in designing and delivering on key strategic projects in support of the overall organizational goals (e.g., Succession planning, organization design, Compensation).
Ability to manipulate data, show insights, provide recommendations and progress change.
Confidence navigating a complex matrixed organization, and able to partner and consult with a diverse mix of clients across the enterprise.
Ability to provide counsel and execute hands‑on tasks while effectively leading others through uncertain, demanding situations, demonstrating a high degree of resilience.
Demonstrates the energy and enthusiasm needed to champion new ways of working and thinking.
