The Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
This is not a “set up campaigns and move on” role.
You are responsible for performance, system integrity, and ensuring that paid media contributes to real business outcomes.
You’ll inherit active accounts and be expected to:
Identify what’s working and what isn’t
Fix gaps quickly
Build a system that runs cleanly and predictably
What You’ll Own 1. Performance & Results
Drive qualified leads, not just volume
Improve conversion quality over time
Make data‑driven decisions based on outcomes
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Define targeting, budgets, and funnel approach per client
Continuously test and refine performance
3. Tracking & Attribution
Ensure tracking is accurate (GA4, GTM, WhatConverts, etc.)
Validate conversion data regularly
Identify and fix breakdowns in the funnel
4. System Integrity (Critical)
Implement QA processes before campaigns go live
Set up alerts and monitoring systems
Ensure nothing breaks silently
5. Decision‑Making
Identify underperforming campaigns quickly
Pause, adjust, or rebuild when needed
Be comfortable making calls, not waiting for direction
6. Reporting & Clarity
Provide simple, clear weekly insights:
What’s working
What’s not
What you’re doing about it
No fluff. Just clarity and action.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Accounts are clean, structured, and reliable
Tracking is fully validated
Clear understanding of lead quality
Paid media is either improving or decisively redirected
Who This Role Is For You are:
Detail‑oriented to the point of obsession
Someone who double‑checks before saying “done”
Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
Able to think in systems, not just campaigns
You’ve Likely Done This Before
Managed Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads hands‑on (non‑negotiable)
Worked with multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Been responsible for improving performance, not just maintaining it
Bonus (Not Required)
Other paid ads platforms experience
Experience with agency workflows
Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency

Not a creative‑first role
Not a “set it and forget it” role
Not a task execution role

Compensation & Growth
