Job description
Elevate financial performance as the Senior Director of Finance for the GRP/R3 segments at Bunzl Canada in Burlington, ON. Drive strategic decision-making and financial governance in a hybrid work environment.

The Senior Director of Finance is key to Bunzl Canada's strategic growth, overseeing financial performance across the Grocery, Retail, Processor, and R3 segments. With a focus on strategic initiatives and financial transparency, this role partners with segment leaders and operations to ensure scalable processes and robust financial results. You will lead a distinguished finance team, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide financial insight to drive profitable growth • Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Support pricing, customer profitability, and cost optimization • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls • Manage working capital and balance sheet effectively

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or business administration • 12+ years of progressive finance experience • 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis • Experience with ERP and reporting platforms
