Job description
Oversee community health service strategies as a Senior Manager. Provide robust operational leadership and ensure exceptional care delivery across therapy and nursing programs.

This role requires a skilled leader to implement strategic health initiatives within community-based services. You will lead operational performance and foster community partnerships, ensuring client-centered programs thrive in a transformative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee community-based therapy and nursing programs • Manage staffing and ensure service quality and efficiency • Monitor and adjust referral processes for better client access • Implement educational initiatives for staff development • Collaborate with partners to improve community health outcomes

Requirements: • At least 5–7 years of leadership experience in health services • Preferred regulated health professional (RN, PT, SW, or equivalent) • Must have an undergraduate degree in a health-related field • Experience in community or home care settings desired • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
