Job description
Elevate eyecare solutions by joining Keeler as a Sustaining Engineer for Electronics in Windsor. Your role will focus on enhancing product continuity and addressing lifecycle challenges.

In this position, you will take technical ownership of electronic platforms, ensuring their reliability and compliance with quality standards. By leveraging your experience in both analog and digital electronics, you will lead improvement initiatives and manage component lifecycles effectively. Interaction with R&D will be essential to pivot current systems while keeping performance standards high.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure uninterrupted product supply and resilience • Implement ECOs for improved performance and cost • Investigate production failures for actionable insights • Collaborate with supply chain for alternative sourcing • Document and uphold design intent through product lifecycle

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering • Experience in circuit design and lab equipment use • Practical skills with PCB design and DFM • Knowledge of reliability engineering applied to products • Familiarity with embedded systems is beneficial
