Job description
Lead Canadian operations with Atlas Van Lines as the President & Chief Operating Officer. Drive strategic growth, financial performance, and operational excellence for a leading logistics provider.

Atlas Van Lines, Canada Ltd. is seeking a senior executive to oversee its subsidiaries and lead transformative initiatives. This role demands a strategic leader adept at translating enterprise objectives into actionable plans. With full accountability for P&L and operational execution, you will interface with the Board and collaborate closely with U.S.-based leadership.

Key Responsibilities: • Set short- and long-term strategic direction for AVLC • Manage full P&L and oversee financial planning • Build and lead a high-performance executive team • Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners • Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives

Requirements: • Master’s degree preferred, undergraduate required • 15+ years in executive leadership roles • Proven P&L management experience • Strong operational and financial oversight skills • Ability to engage effectively at the executive level
