Job description
Empower channel partners as a Bilingual Client Success Specialist at Maple, with a flexible hybrid role based in Toronto. Utilize your bilingual skills to ensure operational success and strong partnerships.

As a critical member of the Channel Partnerships team, you will manage a portfolio of partners while executing program launches and maintaining engagement levels. This position requires autonomy in navigating complex workflows, handling renewals, and performing business reviews, all while ensuring partners receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as main contact for channel partner portfolios • Oversee program launches with technical precision • Communicate effectively in French and English • Track and manage renewals with a client-focused approach • Coordinate partnership logistics including billing and eligibility

Requirements: • 3+ years in a client-facing role or account management • Fully bilingual in French and English • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability • Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings • Familiarity with data management and CRMs
