Job description
Become an Immigration Legal Advisor, directing significant disciplinary processes within the consultancy space. Leverage your expertise to navigate intricate legal frameworks and advocate for ethical standards.

In this full-time role, you will execute the College’s disciplinary process while collaborating with external counselors and other stakeholders. Your experience will be crucial in preparing legal documents, conducting hearings, and managing a diverse caseload involving appeals and fitness-to-practice issues. Strong accountability and analytical skills will support your success.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute the College’s disciplinary procedures • Manage timelines for discipline and appeal matters • Draft legal opinions and prepare hearing materials • Collaborate on policy and procedural improvements • Ensure compliance with legal agreements and orders

Requirements: • Legal degree (LL.B. or JD) with a practicing license • 5–7 years’ experience in regulatory or private litigation • Understanding of dispute resolution techniques • Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters
