Job description
Lead operations at a thriving airline catering unit as General Manager. Oversee production, manage staff, and ensure quality compliance in a robust and dynamic environment.

You will manage an airline catering facility with significant revenue, maintaining high customer service and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include leading multiple departments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving operational excellence. You will also handle annual performance evaluations, train staff, and manage financials to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee food production and transportation departments • Ensure compliance with HACCP and FDA regulations • Drive customer satisfaction and service standards • Manage day-to-day operations and staff performance • Conduct audits and maintain facility security

Requirements: • 7-10 years in airline catering experience • Proven leadership and team management skills • Strong financial and operational management capability • Familiarity with Lean principles preferred • Ability to manage compliance in highly regulated environments
