Job description
Lead the way in construction estimating as a Senior Estimator focused on heavy civil and geotechnical projects. Develop reliable cost forecasts, coordinate proposals, and interface with various stakeholders to drive project efficiency.

Ideal candidates will bring three years of estimating experience in heavy civil or infrastructure sectors. This role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to assess contractor pricing, and effective communication with engineers and project teams. Key estimating duties will include detailed quantity calculations and risk evaluations.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive quantity take-offs for projects • Interpret and analyze construction drawings for scope • Evaluate subcontractor pricing for alignment • Conduct site visits for access and constraint evaluations • Document and transition pricing logic for projects

Requirements: • Minimum of three years in construction estimating • Background in Civil Engineering or a related degree • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and office applications • Valid driver’s license required for travel
