Job description
Step into the role of Key User and enhance digital processes. Focus on operational metrics, system accuracy, and provide essential training to optimize efficiency in a team-focused setting.

As a full-time Key User in Toronto, you will engage in continuous improvement initiatives while working with various stakeholders to ensure effective use of digital solutions. Your main goals will include monitoring performance indicators and managing system compliance, ensuring smooth operations within the site-level environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and improve digital performance indicators • Ensure system compliance and data accuracy • Manage system errors through IDOC and COGI • Facilitate root cause analysis for challenges • Provide training and support to users

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Experience with digital operations and tools • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities • Excellent communication and training skills • Flexible in working in international projects
