Lead the dedicated team at Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital as a Practice Manager. Your leadership will enhance patient care and foster team growth in this vibrant environment.

As a Practice Manager, you will guide an exceptional team while driving operational excellence in our AAHA-accredited hospital. This role requires strong team management, strategic talent acquisition, and effective financial oversight to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and patients. Join our supportive network to shape the future of our practice.

Key Responsibilities: • Strive for operational excellence and manage team schedules • Source Locum DVMs and RVTs for optimal staffing • Conduct onboarding, coaching, and annual team reviews • Manage inventory and financial aspects of the practice • Enhance social media presence for client engagement

Requirements: • 2-3 years of veterinary team management experience • HR management and project management skills • Financial/budget management experience required • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills • Flexibility to work varied hours
