Job description
We are a Toronto-based Software Design and Development company with a decade of consistent and profitable growth with presence in the US, EU and Asia‑Pac.

To support our growth and development, we are looking for a Lead Marketing Professional with strong social media marketing track record, and capability to independently lead the strategy and execution of new Product launches.

The lead will be responsible for Corporate Marketing including overal responsibility of new branch launches and promoting our Raise the Stars Product (B2C in Edu‑Tech space) in May/June/July and a new Product in development after July 2026 working along with the Social Media, Design and Admin Professionals currently working on the initiatives.

The Lead will report into the Founder and will need to be self‑driven and will work closely with Design Lead and the Talent Lead.

Responsibilities Planning, and executing a corporate Marketing plan to further our Corporate Lines of business covering Technical Resourcing, and Software Services.

Campaign Design, Development & Execution Planning, executing, and tracking the performance of social media campaigns, collaborating with other teams as needed on LINKEDIN, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok and similar media.

Content Creation & Curation Developing and scheduling engaging content (text, images, videos) for different platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and goals in collaboration with the Design Lead.

Leading and Mentoring existing team members in Social Media Marketing, Design and Social Media

Performance Analysis Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Staying Updated/ Blog Creation Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Ability to use AI Conversant with the AI tools in this space and being able to leverage these for achieving day to day scale.

Qualifications

A Marketing qualification is preferred.

Experience in Technical Resourcing Market with proven success in Marketing

A Successful track record of designing and running Digital campaigns over social media and LinkedIn.

Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Strong analytical approach, problem solving skills; and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Location This is an in‑Office position at our 130 Queens Quay East, Toronto location.
