Job description
Become a Senior Client Delivery Manager at Hitachi Solutions, leading remote delivery efforts from Toronto. Ensure client satisfaction while driving financial performance and effective governance across multiple accounts.

In this senior leadership role, you will manage the delivery model for up to 15 clients, guiding project managers and delivery teams towards successful outcomes. This position requires expertise in client management and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively, with a strong focus on maintaining operational standards and KPI compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead portfolio-level delivery across ~15 client accounts • Develop oversight techniques for managing delivery risks • Address client escalations and enable effective recovery • Safeguard portfolio governance, risk, and performance metrics • Monitor project profitability and readiness for invoicing

Requirements: • Proven client management and multi-project governance experience • Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management • Ability to influence without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal skills • Experience with distributed delivery teams is an asset
