Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in automotive sales. Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract Driven, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Schedule Full‑Time
Compensation $100,000–$200,000 per year (Full Commission)
What Your Day Will Look Like Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Analyze sales performance, mentor Sales Consultants, and help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets Sales Support: Assist your team in closing deals, managing negotiations, and handling customer inquiries Customer Interaction: Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales process Inventory & Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on inventory, product features, OEM programs, financing options, and industry trends Reporting & Metrics: Track sales KPIs, monitor performance against plans, and report results to dealership leadership
