Job description
Elevate your career as a Pool Installation Crew Lead, working with a dedicated team to construct stunning outdoor environments. Your leadership and hands-on skills will directly impact the project outcomes.

In this working lead position, you will support the Foreman by guiding a small crew through various stages of pool installation. Your role encompasses everything from preparing the site to performing precise installation tasks. You’ll be the point of contact for team tasks while promoting safety and quality on-site.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform excavation prep and installation tasks • Assign duties and train new crew members • Operate tools and small machinery effectively • Maintain safety standards and organize the job site • Relay updates and material needs to the Foreman

Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years in pool installation or construction • Proven leadership experience in small teams • Knowledge of installation, measurements, and elevations • Proficiency with hand and power tools • Current Class 5 Manitoba driver's license
