Job description
Take the lead in customer-focused engineering management within the rail industry. Your expertise will guide post-sales operations and technical support to ensure streamlined project execution and customer satisfaction.

Focusing on engineering activities, you will manage multiple projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain client relationships. This role calls for innovative thinking and solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Your strong project management skills will be critical for driving success in post-warranty engineering contexts.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate engineering efforts across multi-site projects • Serve as the main technical contact for customers • Ensure all engineering deliverables fulfill requirements • Control costs and manage engineering budgets • Support tendering activities as needed

Requirements: • Engineering degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role • Background in railway design or support preferred • Proven complexity management and stakeholder engagement skills • Strong English communication skills
