Job description
Lead the frontline operations at Partyhat as a remote Operations Leader. Oversee Customer Support and Withdrawal teams, ensuring 24/7 efficiency and exceptional user experiences.

Your role involves commanding a decentralized, high-performance team within the People & Culture department. You will manage ongoing operational integrity while maintaining strict performance metrics in a high-stakes environment. With your unique understanding of the Web3 economy, you will establish protocols that strengthen operational frameworks and optimize transaction oversight.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and scale Customer Support and Withdrawal teams • Design protocols for seamless operations across time zones • Oversee high-value transaction processes • Optimize workflows using Linear and Ashby • Utilize analytics for staffing and process enhancements

Requirements: • Proven leadership in decentralized team management • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills • Available 7 days a week for operational shifts • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency • In-depth Web3 knowledge and cryptocurrency mechanics
