Job description
Join the Centre for Career Design in Toronto as an Assistant Director, leading strategic career advising and programming. Elevate student career outcomes through innovative initiatives and collaborative partnerships.

As the Associate Director, Career Advising and Design, you will manage the Career Advising team and guide high-impact programming. Your work directly engages with students at the Schulich School of Business, ensuring comprehensive support for career exploration and employment preparation. You will play a critical role in integrating career education into academic and co-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and oversee innovative career advising initiatives • Foster collaboration within business school and broader university • Implement inclusive career programming tailored for students • Facilitate assessment of career development services • Support recruitment and retention strategic efforts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 5 years of experience in related roles • 3 years of management experience • Certification as CCDP or CCCD preferred • Proven ability in program delivery and group facilitation
